All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.

All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.

Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.

Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.

Commissions must be paid in full if under 10$ upon confirmation

Commissions above 10$ will have a 50% deposit upon confirmation and the rest of the payment will be paid when lineart is completed and shown.

Payment accepted in USD only.

Payment will be requested only via PayPal.

Commissions will be submitted and process will begin with discussion and confirmation

After payment is made, a sketch will be submitted for revisions and corrections

Post confirmation, lineart will be submitted for revisions and corrections. This is your last chance to make any major revisions

Any commissions above 10$ are to complete the rest of payment post corrections. If payment is not made, I will not continue progress on said commission.

Post payment or confirmation on lineart, a coloured sketch will be submitted for revisions and corrections. This is only for colours and not any changes to the sketch or lineart. Any major changes made beyond this point will require additional payment

Completed artwork will be submitted through Email or Discord

Commissions are generally expected to take within a week or two from full payment to complete.

If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.

Please do not be shy to ask for revisions during the sketching and lineart process. The artist's job is to provide you with a finished artwork that you are satisfied with!

The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.

A maximum of three revisions are given during the sketch and lineart stage each free of charge.

Further revisions further down process the will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.

No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.

The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.

The 50% deposit will not be refunded no matter the circumstance.

If a refund is requested, the client is required to still pay for the amount of work already done in the drawing.

If the client ceases contact for over 1 month , the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.

Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any private work.

Art may be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist must be credited.

The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.

All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.

Commercial use (Stickers/ Posters/ Merchandise/ Etc) licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.

Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
